Breakfast at Pensione America is a quiet ritual: served in the shade of palms and lemon trees on the veranda, or privately on your terrace. Fresh fruit, omemade cakes, and whatever your summer mood might crave.

Lunch drifts in slowly, like a page from an old holiday novel: unhurried, languid, meant for long pauses and second glasses of wine. Spaghetti, heirloom tomatoes with olive oil and basil, tiramisù. Then coffee, and one more sip. Someone returns to their book, someone stays to talk.

At night, dinner is served by candlelight. Handmade pasta, local fish, and indulgent desserts arrive softly, just as the pines begin to whisper.
