BEACH CLUB
Just a two-minute ride from the villa, Bagno Assunta is our beach club — relaxed, familiar, and perfectly placed. You can rent an umbrella or a tent for the day, and stay for lunch with your feet in the sand.
TENNIS CLUB
ROMA
Within the grounds of the villa, Tennis Roma is one of Forte dei Marmi’s most iconic clubs — among the oldest in Italy, and now protected as part of the town’s cultural heritage. We’re happy to arrange a lesson with an instructor or reserve a court for a quiet match under the trees.
THE GYM
Tucked discreetly inside the villa, our small gym is there for whenever you feel like moving. Nothing extravagant — just the essentials, and a quiet space to stretch, lift, or start the day with focus.
THE TREATMENT
ROOM
We don’t have a spa. But we do have a quiet room set aside for treatments, and we’re happy to arrange massages there or in your room. Discreet, unbranded, and entirely personal.
COOKING CLASS
There’s flour on the table, wine in the glass, and someone always laughing at the wrong moment. Our cooking classes aren’t about perfection, they’re about getting your hands in the dough, tasting as you go, and forgetting what time it is.
AT YOUR SERVICE
There’s always someone at the desk who knows what’s happening, what’s open, and where to find the best seat at dinner. Our concierge is less a uniform, more a familiar face, here to help, without ever getting in the way.
THE BICYCLES
Our bicycles, a grey shade of green, and possibly the most elegant in town, are available for you to use anytime. In Forte, the bike takes you everywhere: to the market in the morning, to a gala dinner at night, sometimes barefoot.
OUR 100% ELECTRIC
HIPPIE VAN
Our white-and-blue electric van has the spirit of a seaside road trip and the shape of another era. It’s available for rides around town, a soft hum, a small smile, and off you go.
COSE DI CASA
Cose di Casa is our small collection of things we love: seashell-shaped ceramic vases, embroidered pillows, crocheted bandanas. All made by friends, exclusively for Pensione America, and inspired by the quiet, sun-drenched rhythm of life in Forte dei Marmi. A few pieces are always ready to be taken home – just in case you fall in love.
